President of the Bahrain Branch of ICF 2026-2027

She is a PCC-ICF Certified Coach and an Achievement Coach.

She specializes in individual and institutional empowerment for higher performance. She provides training and coaching for leaders, department heads, and employees, with a focus on reinventing ways of thinking and agile leadership.

Her roles as President of the Bahrain Branch include empowering board members to fulfill their responsibilities, repositioning the Bahrain Branch to become one of the top branches in the region, and enhancing the role and reputation of coaching as a profession and as institutional and community practices, so that it occupies an effective and sustainable position.

Dr. Khaled Al-Baker, Vice President of the Bahrain Branch (ICF), is an expert in education development, quality assurance, human resources, and executive training. He possesses over two decades of leadership experience in designing and managing evaluation and institutional review systems, as well as leading development and organizational transformation initiatives in the education and professional sectors.

He has held prominent leadership positions in the field of educational quality, contributing to the development of frameworks, policies, and methodologies for school and educational institution reviews. He has also designed professional capacity-building programs for reviewers, trainers, and leaders. Additionally, he has extensive experience in leadership, change management, institutional performance development, professional training, and coaching.

Dr. Al-Baker holds leadership and professional roles in several specialized institutions and associations. He is well known for his contributions to building a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and for empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve sustainable and impactful performance. He also provides consulting and executive training through Synergy Sprint Consulting in the areas of leadership, human resources, institutional development, and educational quality.

Ghusoon is a PCC-ICF coach, focusing on coaching for marriage prosperity and supporting individuals after divorce. She coaches on self-awareness and is also a trainer and researcher on awareness, life skills and relationships. She supports the board through overseeing the Chapter’s financial administration, budgeting and reporting.

Anine Bennett is an Organizational Psychologist and PCC coach with over 20 years of experience developing leaders and organizations across banking, FMCG, and consulting. 

Integrating psychology, change management, emotional intelligence, and emotional regulation with an ontological coaching approach, she helps leaders expand their capacity for effective action whilst building quality relationships, and navigating complexity with greater awareness and intention.

She believes sustainable transformation occurs when clients learn to shift how they are being, not just what they are doing – creating lasting change in leadership, relationships, and results.

Sawsan Mirza is a banking professional, strategist, and ICF Level 2 Certified Coach with over 30 years of professional experience, including more than 19 years in the banking sector. She currently serves as Manager – Strategy & Planning at Al Salam Bank, where she oversees strategic projects, real estate assets, and stakeholder coordination.

In addition to her professional role, Sawsan serves as the General Secretary of the ICF Bahrain Chapter Board, contributing to the advancement of professional coaching and supporting initiatives that promote coaching excellence and community development.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Management and an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Commercial Jurisprudence (ADICJ), Sawsan combines extensive financial expertise with a passion for personal and professional development. As an ICF Level 2 Certified Coach pursuing her ACC credential, she is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through coaching, mentoring, and learning initiatives.

A strong advocate for community service, Sawsan actively volunteers with charitable organizations and supports programs that foster wellbeing, growth, and positive social impact. Through her work, coaching, and volunteer efforts, she strives to create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of others

Noora Albalushi a Coach and Corporate Trainer with over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology sector and 5 years dedicated to professional training and development. She specializes in empowering professionals and teams to elevate their technical and leadership capabilities through structured, results-driven coaching.

As Membership Director, Noora’s role focuses on building and nurturing a thriving community of coaches and professionals. This includes attracting new members, strengthening engagement across the chapter, and fostering meaningful connections between coaches locally and across the region to advance the chapter’s mission and impact.

Marwa Albalooshi serves as the Head of the Public Relations Team at the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She contributes to strengthening corporate communication and highlighting the chapter’s initiatives and activities. She also takes part in International Coaching Week (ICW) events as a host, supporting the spread of professional coaching culture and empowering individuals and organizations within Bahraini society.
