Chapter Leaders

Dr Khaled leads as the President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Bahrain Chapter, where he manages chapter operations and external relations, upholds bylaws, and collaborates with global and local coaching communities to integrate coaching into societal transformation. With extensive experience in professional coaching, he specialises in leadership development, change management, and team effectiveness. Dr. Albaker’s work encapsulates a strong commitment to advancing public management quality and leadership, making a substantial impact on Bahrain’s professional sectors.

Basma is an ICF coach and the Co-Founder and CEO of Quality Excellence for Educational Consultancy – QEECBH, the Planning and Quality Consultant at Nasser Vocational Training Center NVTC. She is a registered trainer in Bahrain Institute of Public Administration – IPA, and a volunteer instructor in INJAZ-Bahrain. Basma is a member of the Board of Directors in Bahrain Society of Human Capital Management (BSCM), and the VP of ICF – Bahrain Chapter, where her duties include presiding over chapter and board meetings in the President’s absence as well as carry out responsibilities as assigned by the President or the Board.

Ghusoon is a PCC-ICF coach, focusing on coaching for marriage prosperity and supporting individuals after divorce. She coaches on self-awareness and is also a trainer and researcher on awareness, life skills and relationships. She supports the board through overseeing the Chapter’s financial administration, budgeting and reporting.

Maha is an ACC-ICF coach, passionate about supporting executives and managers through their leadership transition journeys and helping them succeed in their new settings. She does coaching volunteer work with non-profit organisations and is a facilitator in Coach Transformation Academy’s online Skill Builder program (Dubai).

As board secretary, she continues to serve the Bahrain Chapter, spreading awareness on the coaching profession and ensuring the smooth operations of the Board.

Dr Yousif is a PCC-ICF coach and a CIPD diploma holder. He has extensive experience in workplace training, higher education courses, career coaching and HR consultations. He is passionate about journalism and writing, motivating clients, trainers, and students to achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

As Director of Membership, Yousif is responsible for the Chapter’s members and ensuring that members’ needs are supported by the Chapter’s services to enhance member value and satisfaction.

Ashu is a PCC-ICF coach where her focus is to look at solution-based coaching to bring a positive change. She has over 1000 hours of coaching managers globally, especially women leaders, to help them lead confidently and to overcome emotional barriers to achieve their vision.

Ashu’s mission is to raise awareness on Ethics and Best Practices among leaders, members and coaches in the Bahrain Community. Creating synergy with partners which can benefit the members is also an area of focus this board term.

Fatema is a PCC-ICF & ACTP Coach specializing in agility leadership and team development. She offers training and coaching for team leaders, emphasizing coactive leadership experience. Her goal is to empower individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.

Her roles as Events Director includes planning and executing educational, networking and promotional activities, collaborating with coaches inside and outside Bahrain to achieve the Chapter’s goals.
